Works very well with Firefox.

I have a problem with IE though. It seems that it's spreading the page to wide. How to get rid of this?

Ok but is there a solution within the hack or by changing something?

anyway you could modify this so we could have the news split into 2 columns on one row, 1 column on the next etc etc?

Same here, works in Firefox fine but in IE it stretches too far:

You can get the best of both worlds by copying the news.php module
and naming it news2.php
Then edit lines 295 & 308 where the file fetches the template to call
to your modded remake (example: adv_portal_newsbits2)
What this does is allows you to have both single & dual news modules.
Awesome mod-Installed

I'm using this on my test localhost atm, and it works well. But there is the issue of MSIE spreading outside the dimensions of the window, thus making viewers scroll across and additionally the boxes seem to be spreading by percent - making some titles really big and others not.

Will there be a fix for these issues in the foreseeable future?

It works good in Opera though :)
