There are a lot of reasons I can think of. Number one being that it is the most unsecured website of its size that I have ever seen. Profiles get hacked left and right, emails get sold to spammers, etc.
Not to mention.. being a web designer, you lose business. Because for some insane/mind boggling reason people think that having a myspace page is equivalent to having a nice, professional website.
