Besides, the chat window say "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again in few minutes." It's going on for hours.

Since it's a hosted java chat solution, you won't incur any additional bandwidth fees or server load with AddonChat.

Sounds like a configuration issue since you're getting that message -- submit a support ticket with support@addonchat.com including your account number and a copy of your chat_global.php file.

What account number? You mean vbulletin account number? Or do we have to have an AddonChat account number to get support?
