We're not mind readers. Notice how many people are helping you? More people know vB - just everyone doesn't understand your question.

This is very easy - you pretty much have the answer up above. And IF this is not what you're looking to do then i'm stumped.

Template : Modify User Options --> Modify Profile

Custom User Text : $bbuserinfo[fieldX] added to the Modify Profile template - Of course you'll have to format it to fit.
