Thank you for that, guess it was one set of small print i didnt read, how dare they dictate to me where I can listen to music; well at least I know not to waste my money in future, lol.
Although the DMCA is USA I dont know the partner counties in the WIPO and I have no intention of wasting time sifting through the legalities of their clauses.

(Don't like the DMCA either)

with itunes you need to convert it to mp3 within itunes. there is a way to convert your media in there, i forgot how.
