ok. I'm confused.

i have my 2 files opened side by side.

Things don't line up.

for ex:

If the left side has 5 lines that need to go the other file,

and the right side has 4 lines and then 4 more lines of different code,

when I move the 5 lines it covers the 1st line of the second set of 4.

If I insert a blank line, it does so on both sides which messes up the left side and moves everything so I don't know where it goes.

Any of this make sense?

hmm it's kind of hard to read the lines with all the /tab /tab /tab, where did you copy past the templates from?

the tab crap is what 3.6 installed.

Actually sean S your directions are spot on and this program is working great. However by correcting my templates I am making it look more like the regular default theme and thats not what I want :(. I am using a theme I purchased from eXtremepixels and by editing the template so that it matches and there are no more pink spots I am ruining the theme :(
