Alright, believe I've got something. Before I release it.. if they have no avatar or profile pic would you rather it:

1.) Just be empty.
2.) Show a default 'No Avatar' or 'No Picture Uploaded' image.

Let me know, and I should have it released tomorrow.

Lookin good, I would suggest making a page more like this:

Where you get maybe like 3 or 4 members per row, and which let's you choose between Profile picture or there avatar or just their profile picture :) (if they don,t have any, display nothing, just there username)
