if they ARE in a specific user group and you have denied them access using this http://www.yourforum.com/forum/admin...?do=quickforum then they will not be able to see the posts or threads :)

I have Made Usergroup named Ladies
In forum Permissions for Ladies Section
I Have Denied All expect Ladies

Some Usergroup Holders Can see Section n Threads

This will be because you haven't denied the other usergroups properly, if it's been done right they cannot see them!

first I clicked deny all
then i only edited Ladies permission
rest is same
all no

I would go over the Ladies permissions again and make sure they are set right.
