Yes I did completely remove it, and I just did it again. It is still trying to go to addmember. Is there anything else I can do?
Well vbulletin is setup to go to addmember as that is the final step. I will check into this soon. What version of vb are you running.
I am using vb 3.62 and it does not work for me. I just read on vb.com that subscriptions is available to registered members only. So everytime someone registers it takes them to payments.php ... and a no permission message
Lionel: That is true, but my plugin uses that to its advantage. So when addmember loads, they are already a registered user, but the only way this will work is if you have email confirmation turned off unfortunately I will have to make a new one for use with email confirmation turned on.
What I did was to move the hook to register complete, so it takes them to payment.php. I limited regitered permissions and moved all the goodies to premium membership
Ok cool, if that worked for you then I will probably update the plugin to use the register complete hook instead.
That worked just fine for me. The trick was to lower the permissions for registered user.
Sorry everyone but with my server down and me looking for new hosting I have no where to work on updates or new plugins so it will be a bit longer before I release a new update.
Anyone have this running?
John, do you have messengers? PM me that info and I will contact you to try and get this running.
