Yes, vBulletin 3.6 will have an option to setup the order of execution for plugins within the same hook - meanwhile for vBulletin 3.5.x you have to use this Hack if there are more plugins within the hook my HTMLmodifier uses :)

I just released a version for vBulletin 3.6.0 which automatically makes sure the PlugIns are executed at least :)

This will disable many hacks and definately about 60 % of mine :)

use the version for vBulletin 3.6.x it makes sure this is running at least so all other plugins ect. work fine :)
