I think I saw a mod here that asks prior to post 'Did you post this in the right board?' and gives a pulldown to select another board. Perhaps that would help?

Regardless... I must check for new releases everyday on the homepage and it does annoy me to see the fluff. I think they may do it so that their question receives more views.

I always report it. I know vB.org uses the report creates new thread. They always take care of it. I hate seeing people replying saying "Wrong Forum" when all they had to do is report it and keep shut.

We appreciate users reporting such threads, it makes our lives as moderators a lot easier than what it could be.. ;)

And Clicking install this is relly SILLY :S

There's no need for special warnings or such. It's our job to move those threads. Just report them, don't reply in them, and that's the best thing for this forum.
