I mean remove every line of code from the above post from the product XML for vbplaza. Then import the script, it should finish, once it finishes, refresh the Admin CP.
Then you will see vbPlaza Maintenance... inside there is Rebuild Bitfields as well as Rebuild Datastore. -CMX |
Woah, now that was fast! Installed in like 4 seconds :nervous:
I haven't been able to ge the vbPlaza Maintenance to show (I logged out, closed my window, restarted my machine, etc.). However, under vBulletin Options I see both vbBux Settings and vbPlaza Settings. I couldn't find Rebuild Bitfields or Rebuild Datastore in either one of these. I also checked in other Admin CP sections to be sure it wasn't put somewhere else, and I couldn't find it anywhere. I will do the template edits now and see if it will work anyways :squareeyed: |

There should be 5 options.. Like in the attached image..
If you do not have them try to goto this URL (change yoursite.com to yoursite) http://www.yoursite.com/forumspath/a...buildbitfields -CMX |
Template edits went smoothly. I can see "Edit vbPlaza Options" in my User CP, but when I click on it it says:
/forums/vbplaza.php was not found on this server. So I put it over there....and then it just gave me a blank page instead of an error. But of course I was unable to run Rebuild Bitfields and Rebuild Datastore which is probably why. When I went to the link you gave me, it says: Not Found The requested URL /forumspath/admincp/index.php was not found on this server :ermm: |
Did you upload all of the files?
Also change the forumspath to your forums path.. Basically goto your Admin CP and then add onto the URL index.php?do=buildbitfields -CMX |
Yes, I uploaded all of the files.
Great, that link worked! :nervous: I still can't see the menus shown in the atatchment. And when I click on vbPlaza in my UserCP it still brings me to a blank page. I had copied the entire vbbux folder to my /forums directory. Just now I copied the UPLOADS folder directly into the /forums directory. That didn't appear to make a difference. I am still getting the blank page when I try to access any of the vbPlaza links (either in my UserCP or on the bar on the top of my board). :ermm: To clarify, I only downloaded the vbplaza.zip. ADDED 3/9: I've tried refreshing, logging out, restarting my machine, and here's where I'm at: I have updated all of the templates. I have imported the .xml I can see the plugins on the plugins page I can see vbPlaza and vbBux Settings in vbBulletin Options I can see "Edit vbPlaza Options" under my UserCP and on the navbar I have the entired vbBux folder in my /forums directory. I also have vbplaza.php in /forums because of the error I got the first time I clicked on "Edit vbPlaza Options" in my UserCP (it said /forums/vbplaza.php not found). However, when I moved it there, now I get a blank page. Any suggestions? |
