Well, I got the drink-o-matic safety mod installed.
Could it be related to this?

Also, what's with that silver cap on top of the bottle, is that supposed to be there?

It clearly states you must go to your config file and find:

// 0 = Closed 1 = Open

$bottle_open='0'

Edit accordingly ;)
