May I point out that fieldset borders are only rounded in Windows XP with a theme that is not the Windows Classic (Windows 2000-like) one? It's like the buttons and more generally form elements: unless you CSS them, the Windows theme handles them as part of your global GUI.

Apparently it only shows up in Windows Xp Pro and nothing else? I did the FireFox, but it also is limited to surrounding the box and changes color if box is open???

Added two links to other modifications that will make your board have same look to all. I will be making profile modifications for the Square, Dotted & Pillar later this month. ;)

I can make it work in any browser, it is just vB is beening picky?
I can do what was suggested for FireFox, but then it would not work in IE or work on the one I was trying before I made the originals? :ermm:
