iv managed to get rid of the 2nd "new thread" button but cant find the code that is showing up in my template any1 out there ?

very dodgy mod as i have posted above iv have problems with it and now i have tried to revert back to the way it was before i edited this template and it gave me a big template warning so there is defnetly trouble with this

how can I show the new thread button on the right side?

then the reply button would be left, and the new thread button on the right side.
