It depends on how you see things. :)
Personally, I think it's really amazing for a 19 year old to be an admin of such a site and have such a good coding knowledge. ;)

Nahh then we would have kept him as a coder or made him moderate modifications. All we had left where he could be usefull was an Admin job.
