Go to AdminCP > Manage Products and click on [Add/Import Product] then browse for the XML file and then press the Import button.

this is a plugin, so i guess it won't work on 3.0.x
but i edited index.php in the archive dir manually to include the google ads
i wasn't too difficult ;)
