I updated my post. I am NOT now having the "disappearing chatbox" problem. Somehow, in my own User Profile, Chatbox was turned off. My error. Chatbox is working for me.
I did add $mgc_cb_ucp to modifyoptions and <div class="smallfont">$cb_stats</div> to FORUMHOME. I did NOT add the navbar mods. V1.5 upgrade instructions said I didn't need to mod the navbar and it looks like I indeed don't need to.

Are you running this on 3.6.8 or 3.70 ?

Works on my test board with 3.7.0 Beta 2.

Also the annoying thing is staff on my forum are also in registered users group, so they inherit there settings rather then over ride it, so some staff have to reach 250 posts to view the box where as they should just be able to view it :S Kinda annoyin but I can live with it :P

Yes but vB3.7 code might not be too changing so it should work on it too, which seems to be the case !

So as many of you seems to have it working, I'll post it in the 3.7 area :)

After discussion with Marco, the post I made for 3.7 will be removed as it's not that useful.

What I think I will do is post the new version of the chatbox as 3.7 due to the many changes in the chatbox code (even if it's 3.6 compatible).

This will work on 3.7 you just need to make sure you update your templates

.. and the problem comes from your Script ;) If i deaktivate the Chatbox, then i dont see the error. Or if i alow more smilies, then comes more than 5 in the error log.
