IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO GET IT RIGHT DUE TO LACK OF SKILLS IN INSTALLING ,ETC..... BUT WITH HELP FROM THIS MEMBER Juggernaut I GOT IT , THANK YOU SORRY BOUT THE CAPS I AM EXCITED LOL . running on VB 4.1 patch 2 as of 12/26/10

How did you solve the problem? I'm getting that same warning error right now.

I got the same error and it was because I was installing the files into the "forum" folder and not the root (the folder which contains the "forum" folder). Once I installed them one level up into the root, it worked like a charm.

That's strange. I'm installing them from root but I keep getting the same error.

Directory structure,you have files in wrong place..

Well, I just put them in the root like the instructions stated. Are these files suppose to be somewhere else?

Imported in Metacafe vids and all went well; however, when trying to play them in IE8 all you get when ckicking the Play Button in the middle of the vid is a black screen!

Any ideas how to resolve this?
