Earlier in the thread you'll find some stuff about "Loading...". But I don't recall that was only for a single user.

I don't actually see an error in that screen shot mess; it may be cut off at the bottom. But it's probably not important if it's only one person. Have them try a different browser, clear their cache & cookies, and temporarily disable any antivirus or web safety apps.

I'm still struggles with this same situation even after trying both options.

Beginner needs help:

I installed the mod and everything works fine placing the chatbox on the forum page. Now my users proposed me to place the chatbox directly on the CMS Homepage not on the forum page. Is there anyone who can help me to change this step by step? My users can choose several styles on their own - is this relevant for the change?

Since you're a beginner: The first thing you want to do is go to the upper right and "Search this mod" for a term like CMS. You'll get over a hundred results; scan through them. Then, assuming you didn't find a solution, phrase your question differently: "I just searched this mod for 'cms' and was wondering if anyone has yet figured out how to add this to the CMS?".

The whole point being that if everyone asks questions before trying to find answers themselves, the thread will just fill with the same questions and answers over and over again.
