meaning its set to blank as in there is no cookie setting in there by default the cookie setting have "blank" in the dropdown

its says to change it if you website is set up differently IE www.forums.mysite.com

but mine isnt set up that way my site is my forums its all direct VIA www.mysite.com

I actually didn't have it ever installed on this particular forum before.

I'll look though and see if I can re-upload the files.

Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue though as someone posting right after me is posting the same error.

Specifically which templates should I look for?

Hi there, I have followed the instructions and it seems succesfully installed this mod, however I am not able to see the chatbox on my forumhome at all and was wondering if it needs manually adding to the template or if there was perhaps something else I was missing?

But enable the usergroups to view it.
