I removed all the files from the DBTech Shout, Re-installed then got the errors

You tell me to do the exact same as i did
"Please upload the contents of the upload folder to your forums folder, then uninstall the mod and reinstall it"
I did this the first time, I have again just done this

I removed the files as stated

Go to install product and get:

That could only possibly happen if you didn't uninstall the product before attempting a reinstall, which is what lead me to believe it hadn't been uninstalled :)

I have gone to my FTP and removed all the files for the DBTech shout

Installed all the files back
CHMOD the AOP to 07773

Go to import product and again get :

That's the same error message for the 3rd time and unfortunately there's nothing more I can do beyond what I have already said, sorry :(

the 6.0.7 has files that are renamed so in the older versions such as 5.4.8 you need to take out all those files i believe that in the install text there is the directions on what to remove in there ....

just from looking at error this may be server related if everything was uploaded properly ....

I removed all files i assure you, I looked especially for those 3 files and any other file associated to this mod but no luck so it looks like i will have to install a different 1 :-(

I have many DBTech mods and really miss this and have been made to use a different chat box for the time

Please I need your advice
I did uninstall the product and removed all related files ,, now when I do update for user groups, I got the same message ( even the product is uninstlled)
"MySQL Error : Unknown column 'mgc_cb_evo_nbmsg_show' in 'field list'"

What can I do?

If I install the pro version , this may solve the issue?
