When I try to do anything it keeps telling me "No Actions Found".

I know this has been brought up before and I've looked through practically the whole thread but I couldn't find an answer to this.

All I did was do what the instructions tell me to do. I went through and did all the edits a second time but it didn't change anything. I still get the same message.

Is there anything that I can do?

ok I feel rather stupid. I installed the entire folder under the admin cp and when I attempted to run the install script I got 404 file can not be found. Can I pelase get "instructions for dummies"?

I did that but now when I rerun the install file it says I have the newest version installed is there anyways you know of to get around this?

I completely erased the "utt_store_asvs" table to retry an upgrade from 0.93, because NO ACTIONS were able to be used (following a suggestion earlier in this thread).

Of course now it won't let me upgrade because it think I already did.

Any help on recreating that table and then getting actions back?

Haha... yeah... see my post above.

Resolved the database table issue. Reset all actions and UTTStore and UCash settings but still can't access any actions. Trying to use any action gets this screen, with different action title of course:

Im guessing you upgraded? did you upload all the new files and revert all the templates?

Ah... ok... no, i had four templates to revert. I assumed that was something the upgrade script did, especially after seeing it 'update' all the styles. Actions work fine now, except...

After all this, the only thing I really wanted to fix is still a problem. Upon a sucessful theft, I still get the same error:
