How can I get support for this product , I asked for support due to install issue from the web site (http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/forum.php) ,
This was the reply: That is caused by a broken MGC Chatbox Evo install. Please request help from the author of that mod ( by Belazor)

I went ahead and unistalled then went to install a fresh copy before i seen your reply

When i upload the product i get:

Uninstall and reinstall will not fix the fact that there are / were files on your web server you had not deleted.

Please upload the contents of the upload folder to your forums folder, then uninstall the mod and reinstall it.

Afterwards, please follow the instructions in the file I mentioned in my previous post. This is a critical step and cannot be resolved any other way than to follow those precise instructions :)
