For version released here, the only change was the correction in the instructions. So you are correct.

a) Do the new external.php file modification (see readme.html).
b) Re-upload of includes/visionscripts/psionic_hide/global_start.php
c) Re-upload of the product XML.

I'm very new to this, but I think I've done everything I'm supposed to. I uploaded all the files in the upload file, did all the changes to all the files and templates that are listed, and then uploaded the xml file via the Program manager.

Now when we try to get onto some of our forums we're getting this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in \includes\functions_forumdisplay.php on line 170

I went back into that file and checked the added code and it was all correct. I removed the code and now we can see the forums again.

Still no hide function visible anywhere though. What am I doing wrong?? I'm sorry if this is a really stupid question, but this is the first time I've set up a vBulletin website (or any sort of website for that matter!)

Did you have an older version of the hack installed before? If yes, that could be the reason.

No, the only version I have installed is the one I just downloaded from your site about 2 days ago - no previous versions were ever installed.

In that case, you've done something wrong. It could be as seemingly insignificant as inserting code "above" instead of "underneath", or vice versa.

I'll uninstall it all and try starting over again.

Ok so I messed up the hide hack install, I imported the 'product-psionic_hide.xml' before editing the files, now I cant do a thing, is there a way to cancel the installation?

The reason I cant finish the hack is because I don't think I can make template changes without the admin cp, if so let me know how and I'll try finish the mod.

when I try to physically remove threads I get the following DB error I was wondering if you could help me

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

Invalid SQL:
DELETE FROM thanks WHERE postid IN (5320,0);

MySQL Error : Table '*****.thanks' doesn't exist

Anyone know of anything like this for 3.7, or if it even works on 3.7?
