Great hack, but I encountered an error while importing the product:

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE vb3_user ADD COLUMN `vbayaddress` text NOT NULL;

MySQL Error : Duplicate column name 'vbayaddress'
Error Number : 1060

I fixed mine by manually dropping vbayaddress. I'm posting this as a heads-up.

Another error: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /vbay.php on line 205

If set bid and buy it now(both),the bider bid over the reserve price, the other guy still can got the bid useing buy it now price....

As far as the "options" template and adding some text there? What would be the easiest way?

I just basically want to put in a link to our privacy policy and a quick thing about how info will only be shown to the seller

bugs report:
If someone end of the bid and the seller or the buyer's pm contects their address,
but all info will put into the $street only ,the $city ,$stat ,$country ,$zip and the $XXXown will print not thing.

Yeah my auctions will be added later, and it asks for contact information because it might change when you bid, so when they bid they have to give their newest info.

When your starting a Auctions you have to put contact info in there again it should already be there ,

All you have to do it tag all your own auctions and you can view them in myvbay currently:)

i knew i would miss a few :)

I would like to make a Dutch translation of all phrases.
But have no idea how to make a translation file.
I translated all phrases in the xml file, if interested I could send them.

Also translated the closedauctions.php to Dutch for the PM mails.

I think what you can do is enable debug mode and enter translations via the phrase manager.

Nice work and thank you very much for sharing! Only suggestion is to add "no shipping" ... some of us sell stuff "locally" only because it's too big/bulky to ship :-)

When i click revert does that switch from my old template too the new ones ? Ive always just transfered the edits because i wasn't sure ?

Is the Amount of auctions "[x]" in nav bar on this update?

revert overwrites your current templates with the newer ones, you might want to save them before you revert so you can reapply edits

and yep the ammount of auctions is in this, check the vbay options in your admincp for info.

ok stupid question are we still waiting for the pay % of auction like on ebay? I cant wait to try it but want to not start until this is an option

Ok I added the code above over top my old vbay link then edited the phrase $vbphrase from vbay to the name of my new one ...

So it appears to be working w/o the enable link in nav bar turned on

hi Blain!!! PLEASE.... CAN YOU POST ONLY MODIFIED FILE FOR UPGRADE? i've translate all the file in italian lenguage and all the time i do re-translate..... if you can upgrade only the file that you modified i can upgrade the script without re-translate the lenguage...!!!

I cant set my usergroups. It only allows me to use one number in the field. It is supposed to be like 2,5,6,7,8 right?

You can only allow 1 user group to sell

I think it would be better if we could allow more than one.

I made my Paid Members the Sellers and i added Sponsors to the Paid members As there secondary user group so sponsors could use it ,,

All members can bid and win tho

The newer versions use phrases, so if you have the phrases translated they shouldnt be overwritten when you upgrade.
