Run the queries for the hack again. It looks like you forgot to run the query that alters that table and adds the miserable field.

I'm guessing you mean the MySQL prompt execute?

yes. Run this in phpMyAdmin:

alter table user add miserable smallint(5) unsigned DEFAULT 0 NOT NULL;

or however you choose to run the query.

Go to find a user in your admin cp. Search for a user and go to Edit User.

If you don't see the option in there, then you did not properly install this hack.
