Let me rephrase this old question: Can only one usergroup use this at a time?

yjeanrenaud 12-13-2012 05:44 PM

as many as you select. yes, selecting only one is also possible.

Okay, this is what I was asking about before in regards to "how to tell if a usergroup has permissions to use it or not," which I still don't understand.

Here's a screenshot of its settings:

Here's a screenshot of the Auto PM modification settings for a comparison:

http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m...a/AutoPM-1.jpg

As you can see, it has check boxes so you know whether it's enabled or disabled for whatever usergroups. If there's a check mark, users in that usergroup will not be sent an auto PM when something is done to their threads or posts, such as an update to information. If there isn't a check mark, users in that usergroup will be sent an auto PM when something is done to their threads or posts.

However, as you can see from the screenshot of this modification -- the first one -- there aren't check boxes like that. So, how do you tell if this modification is enabled or disabled for whatever usergroups?

I should have done this last time, but it never occurred to me to take screenshots to explain what I meant. :x

I know, and I tried to explain before: whatever is selected, and therefore blue in your case, is active. to select more than one usergroup, use ctrl

Ah, thank you.

You didn't let me know of that last time.

Okay, new question.

I know that it doesn't actually change the format once you submit it, but to prevent confusion when editing (even though it shows what the format is), is it possible to change the date format in the modification's Date box to M-D-YYYY (n-j-Y).

Example: 12/14/2012

Oh, and is it also possible to change the time to 12-hour format?
