Due to lack of free time, I must decrease the time that I'm spending here for support. By having a long thread for each of my 16 mods, most often I'm bypassing questions. That's why for urgent questions please visit my site, where it's easier to support you, by having a thread per question.
Thank you Maria |
I have a question and an issue. :)
First off, Great Mod! My issue is that no emails are being sent out from this mod (I registered on your DEV forum under SupportEmailTest) My question is, how do I display all tickets by default on the Technician page, I hate having to click filter everytime. Default only new tickets are displayed. If I reply, every time I go back, I have to hit filter to display the Work In Progress and closed tickets. |

Thanks for the fast reply. Yeah, the emails sent find to the account I registered at your forum. I was using it merely as a test. But I made a demo account on my forum, and created a ticket, and replied with a technician account and no emails were sent to either account. :(

I get technician e-mails but the users do not. Also dont see the users name that created the ticket on the technician menu. I'll try and do some more troubleshooting but have been strapped for time and havnt been able to get to you about it yet.
