Warning: require_once([path]/includes/ame_bbcode.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/newreply.php(742) : eval()'d code on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/reitertr/public_html/nw-wheelers/includes/ame_bbcode.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/reitertr/public_html/nw-wheelers/newreply.php(742) : eval()'d code on line 1

Upload all files to the correct locations (that error means you didnt upload some or all of the files)

I looked at it. I will try again. I don't know what I am missing. I did exactly as you said. BTW, I'm running 3.8.1. It just doesn't make any sense. I put the upload folder in my forums folder and nothing. I'll try again tonight when I get home.

Well, that could be the problem. When you say you put the upload folder, do you mean that literally? Because it's the contents of the forums folder in the upload folder that your supposed to upload to your forum. See how everything in the forums folder is structured just like your vB folders are structured? You don't just add the upload folder.

This is what your instructions say:
Quote:

Upload the contents of the forums folder into your forums directory
So what you're saying is that I need to individually match each subfolder under forums and drag that folder from your side. I thought that all you had to do was just grab the entire upload folder and copy it to the forums folder. I thought that the other folders would automatically go to their other like subfolders. I hope that made sense. :erm:

At any rate, I will try it again when I get home, transferring one folder at a time.

You only have to move it all at one time, it's just it sounded like you grabbed the upload folder and moved it, rather then moving the contents of the forums folder and moving them. In other words, when you move it, are is the admincp folder overwriting your admincp folder, etc? That's the way it should be moving.

Okay I did it again and nothing. I am beyond frustrated with this. Now I have all of these files and I don't know how to get rid of them and I STILL don't have the AME CP. :mad:

Armyqt 01-30-2009 07:14 PM

OK this is what my directory looks like in regards to the AME files. This is what was uploaded and where. Tell me if this is wrong.

Includes Folder
- ame_bbcode.php

Client Script Folder ->Client Script Subfolder
-ame.js

AmeCache Folder
-index.html

AdminCP Folder -> AdminCP Folder ->
-automediaembed.admin.php

Images Folder -> Misc Folder
-amazon
-film_go.png

Please tell me where I went wrong. I must get this fixed. Thanks for your support. :)

You need to upload each of the items into correct folders corresponding with your forums folders.

Double click the "Upload" folder you will see items to upload directly onto the forumhome directory and then you will see things like, "Admincp" inside it. If you open that file you will find items to upload into your "AdminCP" rather than onto your forumhome...
