Okay, after looking back through my notes I was able to come up with a solution for the HD/HQ YouTube videos after all. It's not quite what I wanted, but it's not going to be anywhere near the mess I had originally thought it would be. Good thing I keep notes. I'll have an update here for you tomorrow along with a few others. I'd post it now, but I need to configure a few things and I really need to sleep. Not to mention, my wife keeps walking back and forth from the bedroom to the bathroom groaning at me as walks by. (Of course, that could just be her usual 5:40 AM groan.)

Yup, that's it. These definitions for for AME 2.5, which uses a variable for the height and width. AME 2.0 doesn't use those variables, so your height and width settings were empty. Just delete this set of definitions and import the set from my other thread. All the same sites are supported.
