Is there any way to find out if a member has multiple logins when they don't post? I have several members who don't post but the IP ranges look the same in WOL, I can't figure out if it's the same people.

This mod would trigger as normal in that case. i.e., It triggers when they log in; posting isn't required to trigger.

But what the heck are you obsessing for? Why do you care if they're going to all the trouble to log in and just read as two different users? Not that I can imagine they would.

somehow, uninstalling this hosed my phrase sql file. Not sure what happened there. Good thing I had a recent backup...

But the AE multiple login settings options still show in ACP, VB options. Is there any way to manually remove these?

Thanks

I think that if you reinstall the product and then uninstall it, it should all go accordingly. If it doesn't, then you might have something wrong with your vBulletin installation.

Does this work in 3.8?

Jah-Hools 01-12-2009 08:30 AM

This pug in has survived the upgrade from 3.7 to 3.8 on my forum.

So - yes.

Installed. We're having alot of issues with people making multiple accounts... Sometimes, people just dont have lives :( Hopefully this will help us keep track!

We had to rebuild our site and just went back online with it it was a fresh install of vbulletin but we restored our working database into it... we had AE Detector installed previously and reinstalled it now again onto the fresh forum/server.
It is throwing off a TON of notifications! I normally get one or two a day maybe, I've gotten 50 or more already today.
Anything you can think of as to why it might be doing this?
