are you sure don't have another chat installed?
howevere copy all file/directory correctly, disinstall the cChatBox and re-install.

Installed, it works great, but i'd like to know how to get rid of the Users List thing above the users list. It doesn't makes sense.... :p look at the image i attached.

under = toolbar is under the chatbox
below = toolbar is below the chatbox.
