I also get this error after removing some files and uploading new ones

The error is in the "edit avatar" screen., it repeats about 8 times

Is the value of an item set to 0?

Not by me, maybe when I deleted the graphic file, it thinks I set values to 0

I get these in the "display items" page of the admin CP, I get this.
"Warning: Division by zero in /home/././4x4mecca.com/forum/living_avatars/admin/viewpacks.php on line 239"

Mecca, you can't install an avatar pack and then start deleting image files off your server. Living Avatars is trying to find those files but they were deleted, so you're seeing errors.

I'm working on this now, I honestly didn't think Living Avatars would become so popular in a matter of 2 days. 20 Packs in 2 days after launch?!! I thought we were going to get our first few packs by the end of this month. This thing is just so popular so fast, it's awesome...but it means I have to work nonstop to keep up with everything!

So do I uninstall it then reinstall it?

Yup. In a future update I will create options to delete individual items & I will also add the option to categorize items.

joined the official sites forums as well :) now im waiting for 2 custom packs to appear and I will install!
