Anyone know where to edit the HTML for this?

RE. My post above.

The mod installs a new template called 'quick_register', you will find the layout code in there

Thank you RDX1 for this great mod. I have to admit that I am getting boosted performance in no of visitors registering per day after the mod been implemented..

I am here for a help request along.. can you please make a mod of mod or can say alterated code so that the quick register window dsnt show "Confirm Password" and "Confirm email" option.. so that the script send the same value entered in "password" and "email" respectively to confrm pass and confirm email value and so that validation is done perfect as if the user have entered both confirmation correct.

I am not able to disable it in the validation side as given in https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=134427 and https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=134444 with vbulletin validation script since i am using it with normal registration page.

I look forward for your valuable remod or suggestion that can take me out of this delemma..

regards
Matthew

is this work with 3.6 ???

Hey,

My problem is with the image verification, it is making my table width too big.

You can see a screenshot here - It should be the same width of the table below it for searching.

Thanks

Can this be used with 3.6.4? If not any chance of an updated version as this is exactly what I am looking for!

Thanks, Paul

I have a problem. It seems that it does not matter whether anyone who registers has ticked the 'agree to forum rules' tick box because it lets you register if you do or not, How do i go about stopping the registration if they do not tick the box please?

Attention 3.6.4 Users:

I thought I would do a little consolidating at this thread is getting long in the tooth/length. But this does work in 3.6.4, you just need to have a little patience and take the steps below. See the forum in my signature for proof :)

Read THIS THREAD to see how to get the verification image to work correctly

Read THIS THREAD to see how to make the Forum Rules actually link to your forum rules and not Register

Basically just edit this line in the quick_register template in your Template Manager (just search for quick_register):

PHP Code:

  <a href="$vboptions[bburl/register.php?do=checkdate"target="_blank">

Like so:

PHP Code:

  <a href="http://www.yoursite.com/rules/"target="_blank"

Now my request...

How can I remove the standard VB welcome header...seeing as how Quick Reg pretty much does the same thing it seems redundant at this point.

I'm sure its a template modification but which template is it found in?

Thanks!

Hi, not sure if this has been pointed out yet, but this form appears on the "Lost password Form" page. I think it would be easier on users if they only saw the lost password form on this page rather than thinking they have to fill in the quick reg form too. Any way to stop this? :)
