Well, when I had it installed, I had to edit the file to match my forum fontsize, so an option for fontsize would be great.

1. Global announcements for ALL users
2. announcements for only select usergroups

3. In vb 3.5.4 "global announcements" it allowed me to also insert the html code, not in vb 3.6.0
