Hey bro, we ended up having to go through it A LOT more because we found some issues that needed addressed.

On top of that he and I launched his new site so the time to do that, and go through all that was overwhelming.

He's got quite a new surprises for this mod and others and more thought and logic had to be placed in the next move. So be patient, hell have more to divulge soon. ;)

The version I'm running now runs with vbAdvanced. Will this new version have any issues with vbAdvanced?

After a problem the Chatbox is now running. Thanks for the Addon.

But one question, now the Chat scroll from up to down, i want that it goes from down to up.
Is it possible? I find no settings for this.

have you refreshed your cache ? do you have modsecurity installed on your server ? please send me a mp with a test user on your forum, this version was tested on vB3.8.7 so should be working unless not tested correctly by my beta tester ;)

But, some off my user can write just one message and then open a little window with the chat name and a button with ok. But they cant write again message.

I use the dafault settings and some of my user can just writ one message and then they cant writ. Just after a while and reloud the site, then they can write again.

I uploaded it over a 3.0.0 install and it crashed my site with a "ioncube error" before I even got to installing the product. I re upped the old version got my site back but chatbox does not work now cant type as it just says chat is already being processed. :(

Not that I know, have they refreshed their browser cache ?

There are no difference, it's only copyright removal. To get the best product you can use my addons for the chatbox though.

U had uploaded product ? Just sent you an email with info on how it can be fixed for the ioncube issue.

My host don't seem to have Ioncube installed (net4all).

There is a workaround ?

Anakior, you should contact your host and ask if ioncube is not already installed on the server.
Perhaps it's installed but not active, so it would need activation in your php.ini.

Otherwise, depending on your host, you could install the loader locally on your account :

No, i don't know. I think that the host already have it and just need to be activated. It seems that the php.ini have changed (i can see it but not modified it).


But i had a problem on installation, it seems that the version from the host isn't the last version and my forum broked. I had to return to the old version.

Do you know which version we need for your script? With 3.3.20, it's not working.

The one of your host is an old version, I am using encoder version 7, guess it need a loader v4.x.x. Do you think he can upgrade it ?

Not sure if I can generate for older loaders, will check tonight at home.

I will ask them to see if they can make the upgrade and report it as soon i have an answer.

That is a new Phrase.

and that is an old one:
(2, 'Wer ist der Schönste?', 'Der Muffel hinter den 7 Bergen... :-)'),

maybe you can update it by your script?!?

I will go on and copy my old phrases into admincp und then they will work.

We don't have ionCube installed (dreamhost) and it's a problem for us to install it, so we are back to 3.0.0.

I thought I did a code for that. Will see what I can do.

Seems so, try asking to your host if they can upgrade.
I'll check on myself if I can generate for earlier version of ionCube.

But You have to make sure you have the latest Ioncube installed on your server and that you have it added in your php.ini file.

If you don't have access to php.ini, have you tried asking your host ?

my background is currently black. when i enabled "/pm command: Activate the private chats in tabs feature" it turns the background in the main channel from black to white. is there any fix to this? i would like to keep my background black but really need the pm feature

You are not the only one to report that guess it's due to the PM tabs feature I use.
