First of all, this is a great mod!

However I'm having an issue with one of the members. For some reason they aren't earning the points they should be. I even donated about a few hundred points to them but there total says something like 97 when it should be way more. Not sure what the issue is.

I would appreciate any help with this matter.

Example:

I have 265 posts and 589 posts vBExperience be displayed.

Does not count correctly.

So it is with all users, which could be the problem?

I feel dumb.

Help, please. This is my first add-on where I need to upload files first before installation. How do I do this?
I have Filezilla (and Core ftp) and uploaded the contents of the file upload folder to there. Is there something I need to do to make it transfer to my vbulletin forum? I logged into my hosting site (Hostgator) and went to ftp transfer from there. I thought I had it set correctly but I guess I might not. Does anyone have something like a video tutorial I can watch for how to install this?

When I go to Admin CP on my vbulletin forum and try adding a product it says I need to upload files first, but I can't figure out how to do this. Sorry I'm such a noob, I've tried searches and am clueless at this point.....

The procedure is the same as uploading files when you installed vBulletin. Put files in upload folder where you put vBulletin ones.

Ok, this is what I'm doing. Am I missing a step somewhere....? I'm on 4.1.3 if it matters.

These are POINTS, not postings. If you change the points for postings to 5, you will get five times more points than postings.
