will only be loaded, when the user has the permission to view the chatbox, or only on sites, where the chatbox is shown?

hello i updated to the new v0.5 version and now i get some errors on the main admincp on top (news) any ideas ?

My antivirus is giving me weird messages regarding cached hidden files from mgc_chatbox. Not sure what to make of this, but thought I'd mention it here to see if it's just something simple I'm not thinking about.
