I've installed a v3 Arcade game via the TAR directory but when i load it up in my arcade i get a black screen

I am still having a problem to show the arcade in the ACP menu as it says in the installation

I have vb 3.5.4 and I have vbadvanced_cmps_2_1_0 installed already

when I go to :
Plugin System -> manage products

I see
ibProArcade for vBulletin 2.5.6 ibProArcade - professional Arcade System for vBulletin

but that's about it ... tried logout then login ... deleting the cache then login .. still no luck

any idea ?
