I ran the standalone installer.
When donating and pressing the final confirmation button I get mySQL error if the donate text (reason) contains a ' character (ex. isn't).

If I write without the ' (ex. isnt) then everything is fine.
There are no other errors with uShop and uCash.

I'm running vb ver. 3.0.3

There is no donate reason in uCS 0.93 or 0.95. I'm guessing this is a hack - might want to contact the author of it.

I can still tell you with 100% certainty that the problem is a missing addslashes(); though.

sorry for the newbie question but in the requirements doco it says that ucash and ushop must be installed....but i dont really want to use ucash and ushop on my boards (not because they arnt good hacks but simply because i dont need or use their features)....i simply want the rpg hack. Is there any way that I can install ucash and ushop but disable it from being seen by users, that way all the database tables and functionality is there for the RPG hack to use but the ucash and ushop stuff is hidden when not using the rpg system?

edit: sorry, when you say just add a new column to my users table called UTTpoints...does that mean that if i do so that i dont have to install ucash and ushop?

i havent thoroughly gone through all the various hacks documentation so i am just feeling my way around the mud atm :)
