solboy: Patience, it's coming. :)
PixelFx: This type of system is already part of the next evolution of the arcade. I'm not sure if it will be exactly as you describe it, but it sounds pretty close. More on this later... Qatarson: Good idea on the comment editor and the ban user option. Actually you can ban users now by putting them in a separate usergroup, but I suppose I could allow banning from within the arcade. I'll have to see how that works in vB3 to come up with the right system. As for the words to translate, I'm not sure where they are, but I'm pretty sure it's in the templates. Check there first! |

When do you think RC1 will be released? |

I wanted to install this hack before Christmas as a gift to my members. I must say that this arcade hack is off the chain. Good wook. |
furtureal rocks ;-)

solboy: There will probably be a release of the arcade for Gamma, although it won't be on here. Probably on vbulletin.nl. As soon as RC1 comes out, I'll take it off there and move it back to here.
The timeframe should be something like the first week of January for that. |
Just installed everything, and everything works perfectly besides this...
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: dotableheader() in /home/httpd/vhosts/hiphopdialect.com/httpdocs/forum/admin/proarcadeadmin.php on line 30 and all I did was just upload it from the zip folder. how do I fix it? |
@futureal: I think there is something wrong with the first query of "queries_to_run.sql":
The query [sql] INSERT INTO setting VALUES (null, 99, "vbProArcade Champion System", "vpa_champsystem", 1, "vbProArcade Champion System Enable/Disable", '', 0); [/sql] should be: [sql]INSERT INTO setting VALUES (null, 1, "vbProArcade Champion System", "vpa_champsystem", 1, "vbProArcade Champion System Enable/Disable", 'yesno', 10); [/sql] Don't you think? Otherwise hack setting does not appear correctly in vb options page as it does not have a correct settinggroup id assigned (nor correct optioncode). EDIT: himm nevermind, you dont control it through vb options page but in its own settings page so your query is correct. my bad. :) Nice hack btw.. :) |
Fixed my problem, seemed i didnt re-upload adminfunctions.php when i edited it!!..
|
Logician: Yea, I do that admin option thing in my own roundabout way. :) Thanks!
E-DuB: Glad you fixed it, sorry I wasn't around to help. Just drove back to California. Go me! |
[EDIT]
Nevermind.. I had a strange problem with my FTP. |
