Just as well as you didn't dig further as I figured it out, it was because of the minimum post count requirement to "use" it (I thought they'd still see it as that's a seperate option). The user met the post requirements in their original group, but not in the ones I moved them too, when adding aditional groups the higher post count must override the lower one, which must be why that didn't work either :erm:. Anyway, all sorted now :).

Out of interest, do you have an ETA for your next release?

For the moment, I haven't started the code itself but as it's a major change of the chatbox code itself, I am thinking of the implementation on the paper (ie writing down how the code will be).

I have know a good idea of the way to code it so I am going to start coding when I get back from holiday next week.

site not yet up no demo here

must be compatible 3.6.7 yup

you can see page 115 I have posted step at step mod to integrate it to cmps, there is 3 few more things in addition to vbdev's intructions to make it working, guess will be fixed in next 2.0

There is no demo site has the only forum I have requires users to be logged in to see the chatbox.

Other answers from class101 are correct :)

I may have missed this but, there is the option for "Totally exlude team shouts from stats" How about having an option where private shouts would not count also? Once I allowed members to use private chats.. all the sudden some people's counts went up.. waaaay up. I think they just spamed each other to get high counts.
Thanks

Hum yes, that's right it's not logical that I count private shouts in the stats.

I'll take that into account for the next version :)

You mean new icons as the one that are included in the zip ? No one has released new icons as far as I know.

I'll be off for holiday for 5 days so won't be able to do support until wednesday.

Edit : There is a computer by here so I'll be able to do support though !

vbdev October is all gone. We all are waiting for updated version of MGC

class101 11-01-2007 01:00 PM

1.5 is already fine :)

how do you delete shouts? I gave permission to delete shouts in usergroups permission, and see the trashcan, but when I click it nothing happens

I said in a previous post that it won't be released at the end of october as I plan major changes !

And you know, I don't have the time to work on vBulletin that much coz I have a life he he :)

I will remove from the post the planned release date as I don't want user to ask all the time : when will the new version be out ?

It will be out as quick as possible but I prefer giving you a well coded chatbox rather than a buggy one.

I am sure you'll understood that.

What do you mean exactly ?

How does a user delete their shouts? I have tried and can't seem to do it.
