Stelle in der Option
"Queries encoding" auf "ISO-8859-1"
Dann klappt das auch mit den Umlauten :)

I installed it on my vBulletin v4.1.8

That's it? Anything else I should do or will it do the work automatically?

You need to do some changes, to get 1.5.0b running properly with vBulletin 4.1.8

Thx, how can i install this? Overwrite the old addon or edit?

bosanci28 11-27-2011 08:09 PM

the file is from the .xml i guess,and is only a part of it,so i look it ,and cant find exactly what to edit...

hmmm,need more clear in how to fix this ,thanks

StGaensler 11-27-2011 08:57 PM

Above file is a standard unified diff used everywhere in the code development world. This mainly contains the changes to the original file. I can't and won't provide a edited version of the original Add-On, this would be inadequate and might conflict with some licencing terms.

You can apply this patch with patch < filename_of_the_patch.diff or you edit the xml file by your own. Basically lines starting with a + have to be added to the xml files, lines starting with - have to be removed. Look up the exaxt syntax in the article I linked above.

Take a look at the changes I made in my f_seo_plugin_home template...

Code:

                                <style type="text/css">
                                #wgo_events div.inner *{background:none;display:inline;border:none;color:#89b7f3;padding:20px 0px 0px 0px;-webkit-border-top-right-radius:0px;-webkit-border-top-left-radius:0px;-webkit-box-shadow: none;font-weight:normal;}
                                #wgo_events div.inner h2{font-size: 130%;font-weight: bold;}
                                #wgo_events div.inner h3{font-size: 120%;font-weight: bold;}
                                #wgo_events div.inner h4{font-size: 120%;}
                                #wgo_events div.inner h5{font-size: 110%;}
                                #wgo_events div.inner strong{font-size: 100%;}
                                #wgo_events a.seoq{margin:5px 0px 0px 20px;}
                                </style>
        <div id="wgo_events" class="wgo_subblock" style="padding-left: 15px; padding-top: 10px;">
                        <h3><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_misc}/forum_stats.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase seofq_title}" />&nbsp;&nbsp;{vb:rawphrase seofq_title}</h3>
                        <div class="inner" style="padding-left: 15px;">
                                <vb:each from="keywords" key="wordid" value="word">
                                        {vb:var tag_fix}{vb:var word.tag}>{vb:var word.term_value}</{vb:var word.tag}><vb:if condition="$wordid != $tagscount">,&nbsp;</vb:if>
                                </vb:each>
                        </div>
                </div>

Add some padding to the wgo_events div and you should be fine

bosanci28 12-06-2011 10:04 PM

thank you friend for that info!,works fine...now.

rr2000 12-10-2011 03:02 PM

sivaganeshk 12-13-2011 12:41 PM

Can the tables for this be converted to InnoDB and if so how would converting to that affect general performance of the plugin?

I seem to be having database issues related to this plugin.

This table is a MyISAM table - so an update/insert on one row will lock the whole table for reads. If it were InnoDB it would be slightly slower to access, but it would give row level locks on update/insert.

Any help would be appreciated.

g00gl3r 02-16-2012 03:00 PM

Hello?

Any fix for this?

It slows down busy boards badly due to the way the tables are read and written to at the same time.

Any help would be appreciated.

final kaoss 02-16-2012 03:54 PM

The OP has been inactive for several month's now so no there is no fix.

proxx 02-17-2012 03:54 PM

is there a similar mod that is actually supported? I guess this one goes into deadpool?

g00gl3r 02-21-2012 10:36 PM

I hope somebody picks this up as it's a good modification and should be handy for most forums. New or old. I'll keep following. But unfortunately I've had to remove the mod network-wide. It's just not cutting the mustard.

insidegames 02-22-2012 08:50 AM

I've got a questions..

In my forum show it so (it's a underforum)
http://forum.insidegames.ch/alan-wak...nightmare-f162

there is no blue frame and does not look nice. How should the code, so everything is uniform and the same?

f_seo_plugin_forumdisplay shows now:

Code:

<style type="text/css">
                        #seof_queries_inner.seof_queries_fd_subblock{padding:10px;}
                        #seof_queries_inner.seof_queries_fd_subblock *{background:none;display:inline;border:none;color:black;padding:0px 0px 0px 0px;-webkit-border-top-right-radius:0px;-webkit-border-top-left-radius:0px;-webkit-box-shadow: none;font-weight:normal;}
                        #seof_queries_inner.seof_queries_fd_subblock h2{font-size: 130%;font-weight: bold;}
                        #seof_queries_inner.seof_queries_fd_subblock h3{font-size: 120%;font-weight: bold;}

I did install that addon for 3.8.4 Everything is ok. The only problem is nothing is changed in templates. I've tried to do it manually: adding code in showtread

<div id="thread_info" class="thread_info">
{vb:raw seoqueries}
</did>

But it doesn't work. If i work on it, i can edit the codes to take keywords from sql to showtread template..

Maybe there is someone who did it before.. he can help me for it.
