Please drag and drop the contents of the upload folder to your forums folder - that file is most definitely there, I'm looking at a fresh downloaded copy just now.

Makes me wonder now if these are useful for the PRO version:

If you are talking about the second navbar, that is a Pro only feature.

The lite version for vB 4.2 is found in the product zip now.

You will find the version for for vB4.2 in the downloaded zip in a folder called vBNavTabs For vB 4.2 ONLY!!! That is what you use if you are running vB 4.2
