Ok so it seems it happens when there is more then one calendar id. Will look into it more.

Others that had the hanging issue do you have a single calendar or multiple calendars?

I had two calendars but the first one was still timing out and giving my database error I previously mentioned.

I deleted my second calendar and the error remained.

I turned off moderation in the Calendar Manager (for my one remaining calendar) and now it is working.

I just experienced same error, If I have moderation on for either the forum or the calendar or both it gives me a dbase error.
Maybe its a fix for this? cause I would love to use this mod but I would need to moderate the threads.

Haha I thought i was the ONLY one with this.
I can post to my first calendar and the event is created. If I try my second one, it hangs profusely. I just reinstalled my whole board to find this out.

Just wanted to check to see if any progress was made with multiple calendars. Would love to start using this on my forum!

I been looking into it and can't figure out what is causing it.

Still looking if anyone has any ideas I am open to hear them.

Thanks for the work on this BBR, I like it but have one issue that makes me reluctant to use it. I use custom fields on my calendar for things such as meeting place, time, directions which don't show on the new thread that's created. I realize my use may be different from 99% of users but am curious if there's a way to make custom calendar fields show up too?

If the calendars had rss feeds, which unfortunately they don't, you could just send a rss feed to each individual calendar forum category. I'm not sure why I am even posting this since you can't do it, unless somebody knows how to create a rss feed, for the calendar system.

I will look into that as I think it should be able to handle custom fields.

Well it will not be a rss feed for the calendar but you could use the rss feed from the forum that all the calendars are posted to using this mod.
