See this post. The install script is coded incorrectly are far as I'm concerned as it doesn't take into account if you are doing an upgrade.

Do I have to use FTP to install this mod or only the XML file will do it?

Not sure what the conflict is but disabling them fixed the problem with the duplications.

You have to upload all the files within this hack to make it work.
