very useful mod. thx maria.

is there a way to turn off the FAQ of the mod? just want to use it for ticket system.
also, what is the most effective way to use it for not-logged-in users (i want it to be the one stop ticketing system for everyone, including people who might have a prob registering etc)...

Hello,
is it possible to view all Tickets ? In the dropdownmenu fpr technician ist only an option "Tickets ToDo" (i have it in german). How can i see closed tickets ?

Edit: Sorry, i have found it. After choice "Tickets ToDo" i can Filter "all".
