I scoured your thread all the way back to page 4. I probably still missed it if someone else asked it. Sorry if this might not make sense, but how about a UserCp control such that users may choose to Turn off the Display X Unread Posts at the upper right? Then their post/thread marking defaults to vB settings, which is .

Reasoning for this question, I think, is that I have set the mods cutoff to be 7 days and the vB setting to like 12 days. This still results in quite a few Unread for a user and I was just thinking of relieving them for a user's activity that is sparse.

Our board is by far not big, but even a couple days and ppl have like 100 unread.

If someone has a good mitigation to this, then please do share it. Whether it be using the provided setting options of Paul's mod or other.

What I'm looking for is the whole code, or phrase to put the info ie, 'No Unread Posts since your last visit.' i need the code that generates that so I can past it somewhere else on my site because I would like it in another one of the boxes and I'm having trouble finding that part of the code of phrase, can someone help me please? :(

But what is the code to place it elsewhere, there must be a phrase or soemthing.
