But it makes the post like this if you use the apostrophe : Can/'t

Works on version 3.8.1 PL1 as well

The version I'm using doesn't appear to have the error, so I've complied it as v2.5.6

If anyone finds any errors, post them here and I'll try and fix them

Tagged for now. I'll install this as soon as you fix one thing:

- When a user has 0 canned replies, the Canned Reply bar shouldn't appear! Not everyone wants to use them, but they still see that tiny option bar without any actual replies.
